At Claudio Mariani, customer satisfaction is a priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions below.

You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in unused, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please email info@claudiomariani.it with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
